The Books I’ve Thrifted Recently

One of my favourite ways to save money on books is to buy them from thrift stores. Right now I’m extra motivated to do so since reining in my spending is a major priority. And let me tell you, during these past two months the thrift store gods have been smiling on me! Not only have I scored a lot of pretty clothes, I have found over a dozen interesting books. Many of them are books that I held off on buying before and now I’m glad because now I have found them at incredible prices. Keep on reading to see these thrifted goodies. (They aren’t all shown in these photos because they were too numerous).

Since I already own some of the novels mentioned here, I have decided to give one of my dear readers (regardless of where she resides) a box containing some of my recently acquired copies. Here are the books I’m giving away:

*Love In The Time Of Cholera

*The Purple Hibiscus

*A Thousand Splendid Suns

*The Memory Keeper’s Daughter

*Interpreter Of Maladies

For a chance to win, comment below this post and make sure that you’re subscribed to the blog & bookclub newsletters. I will close the giveaway next Friday, the 30th of April. I’m very excited to share these thrifted books with one of you, my dear readers as a gesture of thanks for supporting this blog.
