Red Mesh Swim suit Cover-Up

Maybe it’s the Caribbean in me but mesh tops always remind me of that staple of reggae style: the mesh marina. This dress however, is perhaps more akin to crochet although not the cutesy sort. Talk about a perfect sultry (yet classy) cover up! It is comfortable and casual enough for the hottest tropical day. Yet, stylish enough to help me forget that I’m traipsing around town in a bathing suit. I chose to wear a matching one piece beneath to be modest but if I feel brave, a bikini would be cute too.

This is the second mesh cover up that I have -the other is off white. Considering how handy they come in for styling swimwear, I will be on the lookout for additional colours at the thrift store. Maybe I will be lucky to find one in time for my next beach run.
